Mornings can be hectic—you rush to get ready for work, help your kids prepare for school, or just try to wake up with your first coffee. Yet people call breakfast the most important meal of the day.

One of my favorite answers is to keep it simple. You don't need to cook a fancy meal every morning; a few easy recipes can work. 

The secret to a good healthy breakfast is planning ahead. I believe in doing most of the work the night before - I measure out smoothie ingredients and freeze them in portions, or I boil a bunch of eggs for the whole week.
